Our Objectives
1. To carry on the business of travel agents and tour operators for travel in India or elsewhere and
providing assistance in booking travel tickets including e-ticketing and internet ticketing and
reservations for accommodation in hotels, inns, restaurants, shows, concerts, plays, theatres, games,
guest houses, and all other types of lodging with bed and breakfast or mere lodgings, visit to safari
parks, national parks, museums, bird sanctuaries
2. To carry on reservations on line reservations for conducting tours by buses, airlines, ships, boats,
hovercrafts, whether by way of excursion or package tours or otherwise, sleeping cars, guides, safe
deposits, lockers, libraries, reading rooms, rest rooms, recreation room, baggage transport, baggage
clearing and forwarding, inquiry bureaus, to act as agents of foreign airlines, ships, ship-owners and
other charters and other operators, caterers, storekeepers,
3. To do everything which would facilitate travelling of persons in groups or otherwise and for tourists
and operating tours and for that purpose to set up such establishment, office, equipment, transport
system and all and other facilities that may be requisite to the carrying on the business of travel
agents and tours operators including Hijja and Umara services or Holy pilgrimages.
4. To carry on the business of carriers of mails, passengers and goods by land, sea or air. To acquire,

conveyances of all kinds, and to promote, arrange for,

for aviation aeronauts, balloonists, parachutists, motorists, cyclists and drivers of motor boats and
air, river and sea craft of all kinds, with or without the offer and distribution of prizes in connection
therewith, and to give instruction in the arts of flying, gliding, aeroplaning, hydroplaning, ballooning,
parachuting, motoring, and navigating dirigible balloons etc
7. To carry on the business of restaurant and hotel keepers and caterers and to build or otherwise
provide and conduct refreshment rooms, newspaper rooms, reading and writing rooms, safe
deposits, dressing rooms, cloak rooms, lavatories, ambulance stations, hospitals, telephones,
telegraphs, and other conveniences, and to provide dwellings and other accommodation for pilots,
drivers, signalmen, workmen and others and to construct and maintain buildings, works and
conveniences
8. To encourage and provide the business as package tour operators, daily passenger service operators,
tour operators, travel agents, ship booking agents, railway ticket booking agents, airlines ticket
booking agents, carrier service agents, courier service agents.
9. To carry on the business of running of taxies, buses, mini buses, trucks and conveyances of all kinds
and to transport passengers, goods, commodities, , merchandise and to do the business of
transporters, forwarding and transporting agents, stevedore, carmen, , cargo superintendents,
package handlers and carting contractors.
10. To carry on the business as tourist agents and contractors and to facilitate traveling and to provide
for tourists and travelers, the provision of convenience of all kinds in the way of through tickets,
sleeper cars, or berths, reserved places, hotel, motel and lodging, accommodation guidance, safe
deposits, enquiry bureaus, libraries, reading rooms, baggage transport and other allied services.
11. To carry on the business of import or export of any item or material related to tour & travels or
otherwise, and to act as Money Changers to provide services that may be necessary for the
achievement of the aforesaid objects.
13. To facilitate travelling and to provide for tourist and travellers, or promote the provisions of
conveniences of all kinds in the way of through tickets, circular tickets, sleeping cars or berths,
reserved places, hotels and boarding and/or lodging accommodation and guides, resting rooms,
baggage transport and otherwise and to charter steamships and aeroplanes for fixed periods or for
particular voyages and flights
14. to carry on the business of booking of packet, envelopes, cargoes, and luggage of the publicin
general and of Company’s constituents in particular with every type of carrier, in particular with
airlines steamship lines, railways and road carriers in Uganda and/or abroad and also provide
services in money exchanger.
15. To organize religious, educational, sightseeing and business tours and for the purpose to
charterships, trains, aeroplanes, motor buses, motor lorries, motor cars, wagons, carts, motorboats,
and carriages of every description to book and reserves accommodation and rooms in hotels,
restaurants and boarding lodging houses, boat houses, and to taken on hire houses furnished or
unfurnished.
16. To establish run, operate all type of motor transport services to manage or let on hire taxi cabs,
deluxe coaches, lorries, cars, trucks, station wagons, airships, rail motors, ferries, boats and all other
vehicles of whatsoever kind propelled by electricity, gas, gasoline, compressed air, steam, manual
power, mechanized powers, oil or other energy or by whatsoever means and from one place to
another in all parts of the world including Uganda.
17. To carry on the business of providing services relating to transport, travel, tours and tourism; to
organise, arrange and conduct tours, tour operators, travel bookings, including lodging, reservation
and information services; to develop specialized packages for tours and travel; to buy and maintain
and/or charter all types of transport vehicles for the purpose of undertaking travel and travel related
services.
18. To develop customized solutions in the area of transport, travel, tours and tourism for all types of
travellers, including the travel industry, whether in Uganda or abroad.
19. To provide data processing, support, management and consultancy services whether through the
Internet or global communications networks or through any other telecommunication networks in
the area of online travel bookings of any mode of transport; to retrieve and update travel profiles and
other information and to process, modify, review all kinds of information and documents related to all
aspects of travel and travel-related topics.
20. To provide guide maps, news, directories, listings related to travel industry; to provide education and
entertainment services, namely television, radio, pod cast programs, newspaper and Internet articles
and provide recommendations on all aspects of travel and travel-related topics.
21. To undertake the business of advertising including booking of advertisements for clients in news
papers, magazines, television and other audio-visual, print medium and media and publicity, mass
communication, consumer research, industrial and sociological research, market, research, graphic
designing including product package and exhibition designing, photography for advertising,
industrial and journalistic purpose, to set up, conduct and exploit business opportunities
22. To engage in the business of outdoor advertising media and signage and in particular large format
spectacular displays, to manufacture and maintain media and signage products, to market media and
signage products including advertising techniques and packaging
23. To carry out and engage in any other signage related business, to produce and distribute
documentary and/or advertising films for any purpose, to manufacture, construct, prepare, compose,
design, purchase or otherwise deal in and with advertising and publicity devices, media or every
verity and means or kind, to act as printers, publishers, distributors of any print and other
publications and to render consultancy services and provide solutions and all types of advertisement.
